Nick Weybright
Nick Weybright graduated Summa Cum Laude from IU Kelley School of Business in 1990. He started Nick Weybright Agency, Inc., now Weybright Insurance Network, in 1992 with Nationwide as an exclusive agent. Since its inception, Weybright Insurance Network has expanded to include more companies to serve our customers. We now have Progressive, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Safeco, Pacific Life and many more. Nick is a proud Hoosier and enjoys helping people achieving their financial, insurance goals. In his free time, he enjoys spending time golfing, playing pickleball, boating, and traveling with his 3 children, Max, Mea, and Jack.

Stephanie Stepp
Stephanie has been the office manager for our Noblesville office since 1999. She has always been focused on the customer first and strives to provide an excellent customer experience every time. She takes pride in educating and helping clients to select coverage that best suits their needs at the best possible price.
Stephanie grew up in Noblesville and a graduate of Noblesville High School. She is a licensed property casualty agent in the state of IN. Stephanie is a proud mother of one son. She enjoys working at her small hobby farm and playing with her two fur babies.

Betty Tran
Betty has worked in the insurance/banking/investment industry since graduating with a Business degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1994.
She joined the Weybright team in 1999. As the Agency Manager, she loves to use her skills in negotiation, budgeting, risk management, and customer service to help her clients find the best insurance coverage at the best possible price.

Carmen Parra
Carmen is a Senior Agent of the Nick Weybright Agency, Inc. She graduated in Venezuela at the University Technological Institute Isaac Newton, where she received a Business Administration degree. Clients choose to work with Carmen for her service, ethics, experience and expertise. Her strong base of loyal customer is the reason Carmen has been successful for the past 15 years. She is fluent in English and Spanish and loves to help the Hispanic community with their insurance needs. She's a mother of one, and loves to spend time with her family.
